Moving Managers from Unsure to Unstoppable

1. GSD Rules the book just dropped on Amazon!  (Link here: GSD-Rules).  My long-time colleague and friend, Dr. Michael McIntyre collaborated on this, our second book and in our style, it is to the point, practical and immediately applicable things to help move managers from “Unsure to Unstoppable.” These are the things I wish I’d have known a long time ago in my career, all condensed into a direct, succinct book.

2. GSD Manager Training Online.  Some of you joined us in the last 2 sessions, and the next session is next week, March 3 – 7.  This week will focus on managing others.

Topics will include:
